Hey, I'm Luke! I'm here to help you with all things health and fitness.
I've been passionate about wellness for as long as I can remember. It all started with competitive sports, and really took off when I started training with a former Olympic swim coach at the age of 12. That experience hooked me on fitness, and I haven't looked back since.

Throughout school, I dove headfirst into every fitness opportunity I could find – strength training, conditioning, coaching, even reffing! I then went on to study sports science in college and got my certification in strength, conditioning, and personal training. But I'm always learning, and I love digging into books like Cal Dietz's "Triphasic Training," Matthew Walker's "Why We Sleep," and James Nestor's "Breathe." Seriously, these books are game-changers!

Now, you might be wondering, "Why should I listen to this guy?" Well, I'm a dad of four, juggling family life with my passion for coaching individuals and teams online and in-person. For me, health and fitness isn't just a job; it's a way of life that impacts everything I do.
